ProCyclistWear.com Refunds and Returns Policy

Conditions d’éligibilité aux retours

  • Délai Vous pouvez retourner les produits dans un délai de 30 jours à compter de la date de livraison. 
  • Condition Les articles doivent être inutilisés, non lavés et dans leur emballage d’origine, avec toutes les étiquettes attachées.

Procédure de retour

Pour effectuer un retour

  • Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
  • Packaging: Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Include the RMA number inside the package.

  • Responsibility: Pro Cyclist Wear is responsible for return shipping costs,  only in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items) or for exchanges.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
  • Approval: If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
